I remember learning about the level of CO2 in the air at at school, it was described as 0.3% or around 330ppm. Today, 30 years later that figure is 400ppm or 25% higher. Indeed, CO2 levels are significantly higher than they have been over the past 650,000 years and have risen massively in the past 100 or so.
2015 is due to be the hottest year on record and we are heading towards cataclysmic climate change which will fuel wars, migrations and death like we have never seen before.
I was one of around 70,000 people who marched last week in London (around 1 million worldwide). This was the day before the last change climate discussions started in Paris on 30th November. While we may feel hopeless in this world wide problem fueled by capitalism, a corrupt media and political system and a general ignorance of the impact that we have on Nature, we have do everything in our power to stop angering the air dragon, our climate.
